Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your BrisaGuard® purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. The product must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error with your shipment. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method used — or as store credit if you paid by COD.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged unit, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage.
