These terms govern the use of the BrisaGuard® website and the purchase of BrisaGuard® products.

1. General

By accessing this site, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

2. Purchases & Payment

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD). Other payment methods may be added in the future.

3. Shipping

We deliver nationwide across the Philippines — Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping applies to orders of 2 or more units.

4. Returns

You have 30 days from receipt to return your order if you are not satisfied. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
